How support works

A ticket is opened via a registered customer at the customer care site or by sending an email to

We will analyze the ticket and request any supporting documentation. If the answer is known, we will send the fix immediately.

If diagnostics is required, we will review the logs and then provide next steps.

If we are unable to determine the error from the logs, we will request a remote session to assist with troubleshooting.

Once the resolution has been fixed, the ticket will be closed.
